I have a deep love for transformational work.
I help clients make sense of their inner and outer clutter, be with it, clear it and then -help you– create systems to manifest your goals & dreams! I have been helping people with organization and “lightening up,” for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a child, I’ve been an empath. I have always been able to feel deeply….and read other people’s energy. Deep conversation is my specialty. My parents were groovy junk collectors, and I would, regularly, organize different parts of the house. I know it was my way of creating a sense of peace and order. My clients sometimes ask me how I can bare working with their ‘clutter’? The answer is simple: I love witnessing people experience more inner space and freedom. The freedom that comes from letting go.
I trained at The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. I have been a team member and leader for the work of The Evolution Training and The Liberty Experience since 1995. Through this work, I discovered that my purpose in life is to be a stand for people to tell their personal truth and be real.
Since the age of 16, my other great passion is my career as a professional singer and actress. My Favorite roles include Sally Bowles in “Cabaret,” and Little Red Riding Hood, in “Into The Woods,” both at TheatreWorks, Ca., for which I won two Bay Area Critic Circle Awards for Best Actress. From 2001 until the present, I have performed 800+ shows of “8 Track: Sounds Of The Seventies,” all over The US and Canada.
In addition to my coaching & organizing work, I have worked with infants and children, as a parent’s helper for over 20 years. I bring an artistic, playful, and energetic perspective to this work. I am also a Certified Massage Therapist, trained at The McKinnon Institute in Oakland, CA, and I make fun and wacky funkadelic hats and chakra mobiles, using felt and other materials.
